Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are dispatched from UK. Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 1pm during store hours 9am - 5pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We offer FREE standard delivery to all domestic locations within UK. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship to the 27 countries of the European Union, plus Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein, and to the United States, Canada and Mexico.
At this time, we do not ship to locations outside these countries.

Shipping is priced in your own currency at checkout, and includes all duties and import taxes. Faster tracked services from FedEx and DHL Express are also offered at checkout at the carrier's own rates.
Note: We offer FREE standard delivery on orders over €100 to the European Union, and over £100 to Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the United States, Canada and Mexico. The threshold applies to your order total as shown at checkout, including duties and taxes.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All duties, import taxes and VAT are calculated and included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel is delivered.
Prices are shown in your local currency, inclusive of the tax rate for your country. You will not receive a customs bill, a handling fee or a request for payment from the courier before delivery.
Customers in the United States: state and local sales tax is added at checkout rather than included in the displayed price, and is shown to you before you pay.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (EU AND NORTHERN IRELAND)
If you are ordering from the European Union or Northern Ireland, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at shop@bohomantra.com within that period and return the item to us within 14 days of telling us.
We will refund the order value and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the item back. The cost of returning the item is yours unless it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. This right is in addition to our returns policy below, not instead of it.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs (if applicable) for the return. See our returns policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@bohomantra.com with your order number and a photo/video of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
